Our philosophy
Healing is most sustainable when women choose how it happens.
Trauma-informed, accessible, and rooted in respect for personal agency. You will only be connected to what you choose- nothing more, nothing less. While The Well fully launches in 2026, its foundation is already active.

The Well is the wellness heart of WWW Group—a space where women are invited to begin exactly where they are.

There is no pressure to participate in everything.
We move at your pace.
You will only be connected to what you choose—nothing more, nothing less.
While The Well will fully launch in 2026, its foundation is already active through our wellness programs and experiences.

Wellness Philosophy
Our wellness work is trauma-informed, accessible, and rooted in respect for personal agency. We believe healing is most sustainable when women are empowered to choose how, when, and where they engage.
Project 13:10
Project 13:10 is a healing-centered, community-driven initiative of WWW Group that removes financial and structural barriers to mental health care for women.
Through donated outpatient therapy hours and structured wellness support, Project 13:10 creates a gentle on-ramp into mental healthcare—one that is accessible, dignified, and rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to heal.

The One Mile Promise
The One Mile Promise is a commitment to movement, consistency, and self-honor. Through intentional walking and running practices, women are encouraged to make space for their well-being—one mile, one moment, one promise at a time.

World Wide Hike
World Wide Hike is a community-centered wellness program designed to support women’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being through guided outdoor hikes and intentional connection. Hosted by World Wide Women Group, World Wide Hike creates safe, accessible spaces where women can step away from daily stressors, reconnect with their bodies, and build meaningful relationships with others on a similar journey. Each hike combines movement, nature, and reflection—recognizing that healing and growth happen not only through services, but through shared experience and community.
The program is open to women of all backgrounds and life stages, with a special focus on those navigating transition, stress, or recovery. Hikes are facilitated by trained leaders and often include grounding practices, wellness check-ins, and moments for reflection and conversation.
World Wide Hike is part of WWW Group’s broader commitment to reimagining wellness—moving beyond traditional models to create human-centered, culturally responsive experiences that support long-term stability and well-being for women and communities.
